Job Description
One of CDW’s Clients is seeking to engage 3-4 Technical Support Analysts for a 1 week contract to assist with client’s Global Leadership Conference.
There are 150 users attending meetings and workshops and it is required to be onsite on Granville Street Office in Vancouver, BC.

Event & End-User Support
Audio-Visual (AV) & Meeting Support
Network & Connectivity
Pre-Event Setup & Testing
Incident Management & Escalation
Required Skills & Experience
Experience providing onsite IT support for events, conferences, or corporate environments
Strong troubleshooting skills across:
Windows and macOS devices
Mobile devices (iOS/Android)
Wi-Fi/network connectivity
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar)
Experience with AV equipment and conferencing tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
