✅ Must-Have Skills
7+ years of experience as a DBA with a strong focus on Microsoft SQL / Azure and Oracle
Expertise in database performance tuning & monitoring
Strong understanding of logical & physical database design
Hands-on experience with backup and restore best practices
Knowledge of data governance & security principles
Experience designing and implementing ETL processes
