Support the Government of Manitoba’s Digital and Technology Solutions team in delivering a new Spatial Data Infrastructure GIS solution.

The GIS Technical Advisor is responsible for providing expert technical and advisory support across the full project lifecycle, including planning, architecture, design, implementation, data migration, testing, and transition to operations.

The position focuses on modernizing legacy GIS systems, guiding sustainable solution design, mitigating risks, supporting data quality and governance, and enabling effective knowledge transfer while contributing to best practices and long-term operational success.

Require10 years demonstrated experience as a GIS Architect or GIS Developer, with hands on involvement in GIS/SDI implementations or major system upgrades.
