🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
Own end-to-end campaign execution in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Pick up and deliver backlog campaigns hands-on
Optimize campaign workflows, targeting & deployment processes
Validate segmentation logic, ensure compliance & data accuracy
Collaborate across Agile squads, tech teams & business stakeholders
Bring new ideas, efficiencies & advanced AJO capabilities to the team

✅ Must-Have Skills
5+ years in digital marketing / campaign execution
2–3+ years hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) experience
Strong understanding of:
Customer segmentation & targeting
Campaign data validation & QA
Marketing automation workflows
Experience working in Agile environments
Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving mindset
⭐ Nice-to-Have
Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Telco / Retail
Exposure to tools like Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Unica
Understanding of regulated communications (CASL, compliance)
