🔥RQ10901 – Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, technically complex initiatives. Require over 10 years of project management, strong leadership in complex IT, audio-visual/videoconferencing systems, telecommunications infrastructure, and public safety technology projects (within the public sector), as well as proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

This role demands exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to support executive reporting, business cases, and decision-making, as well as strong change management capabilities to drive successful project outcomes in high-security, high-availability environments.
