Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UAT Analyst with strong expertise in Lending & Leasing to support User Acceptance Testing for enterprise banking applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to validate end-to-end business processes and ensure successful production releases. Experience in lending or leasing platforms is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and create UAT test scenarios and test cases.
Execute end-to-end UAT for Lending & Leasing applications.
Validate loan/leasing workflows, calculations, payment schedules, interest, fees, and servicing.
Log, track, and retest defects using Jira.
Coordinate with business users, QA, and development teams during UAT cycles.
Support test planning, execution, defect triage, and business sign-off.
Prepare UAT status reports and maintain test evidence.
Required Skills

6+ years of UAT/Business Testing experience.
Strong Banking domain knowledge with Lending and Leasing.
Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
Ability to write and execute UAT test cases.
Strong understanding of the SDLC/STLC and defect lifecycle.
Excellent stakeholder communication and analytical skills.
Preferred

Experience with commercial or retail lending platforms.
Exposure to loan origination, loan servicing, or leasing management systems.
Banking implementation or transformation project experience.
