Technical Project Manager – Collibra Data Intelligence Platform
Hybrid | Toronto, Ontario (2–3 days onsite) | Contract
Salary $450.00 to $750.00 per day, open to Canadian contractors

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform and drive it through enterprise production go-live.
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role where success is measured by outcomes, not status reports. You’ll own the delivery roadmap, manage vendors and stakeholders, ensure architecture, security, privacy, and governance requirements are met, and deliver a production-ready Collibra platform.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of the Collibra implementation from planning through production.
Drive project execution, dependencies, risks, vendors, and stakeholder engagement.
Ensure completion of ARB approvals, Threat Risk Assessments (TRA), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), and production readiness.
Coordinate development, ETL, integrations, testing, cutover, and early-life support.
Provide executive reporting, governance, and delivery leadership across technical teams.

Required Experience
7–10+ years of enterprise Technical Project Management experience.
Proven delivery of SaaS, enterprise data platforms, or complex technology implementations.
Experience with Collibra, data governance, metadata management, data catalogues, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security, privacy, and governance processes.
Excellent stakeholder, vendor, executive communication, and risk management skills.
