Hiring: Scrum Master | Location: Toronto Downtown, ON (4 Days Onsite)

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong Banking background to lead Agile delivery and drive successful project execution.

Required Skills:
7–8+ years as a Scrum Master / Project Manager
Banking Domain Experience (Payments, Core Banking, or Cash Management) – Mandatory
Agile, Scrum & Kanban Frameworks
Jira & Azure DevOps
CI/CD Tools
Power BI, Tableau & SQL (Preferred)
Microsoft Copilot Exposure
Experience with Agile & SDLC Methodologies
Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills
