🚨We’re hiring for a Technical Customer Success Manager for an OSS/BSS solutions provider in Canada (remote but must work on EST)🚨

This is a highly strategic, technical and customer-facing position where you’ll:
• Own customer relationships end-to-end (post-sale + implementation + growth)
• Lead onboarding, migrations and platform implementations
• Act as a true strategic partner – not just a relationship manager
• Work hands-on with APIs, integrations, and technical solutioning

Package: Up to $120K + Stock Options + Benefits
– Remote (Toronto-based, EST)
– Light U.S. travel (1–2x per quarter)
