YDCPro is looking for a Systems Operations Specialist to support enterprise systems used by Government and Law Enforcement customers across Canada.
Key skills:
Windows & Linux
PowerShell / Bash / Python
Basic SQL / database knowledge
2+ years of systems administration or advanced technical support experience
Strong troubleshooting & customer support skills
Valid Ontario driver’s licence
Willingness to participate in after-hours/on-call support
