Must Have:
🔹 10+ years of hands-on database administration experience
🔹 Strong expertise in DB2, MySQL/MSSQL & complex SQL query optimization
🔹 Deep understanding of indexing strategies & database performance tuning
🔹 Experience integrating databases with Java/Python applications
🔹 Knowledge of backup, recovery, disaster recovery & database security
🔹 Cloud database experience (AWS RDS / Azure SQL) is a plus
