Location: Toronto, or London, ON (Hybrid – 3 days/week in office)

Start Date: April 27, 2026

End Date: April 28, 2028

Pay Rate: $96/hr.

Overtime: May be required during key project phases

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with deep Wealth Management expertise to lead large, complex initiatives that drive business outcomes and technology transformation. This role requires strong leadership, advanced project delivery capabilities, and the ability to navigate multi‑stakeholder environments within the Wealth Management domain.

Key Responsibilities

Lead high‑risk, enterprise‑level projects delivering measurable business value within the Wealth Management portfolio.
Partner with senior/executive stakeholders to define scope, develop charters, and align strategic objectives.
Build and manage comprehensive project plans: budgets, schedules, resource strategies, risks, and delivery approaches.
Apply strong business, technical, and financial acumen to ensure solutions meet Wealth Management needs.
Oversee end‑to‑end project execution using Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, or Hybrid methodologies.
Manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive effective communication and decision‑making.
Ensure governance compliance, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and accurate reporting through Book of Record systems.
Support change readiness, transition to operations, and post‑implementation reviews.
Promote continuous improvement and contribute to elevating project management practices across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience

5–10 years managing medium‑to‑large projects/programs of varying complexity.
5–10 years’ experience in Wealth Management (strongly emphasized).
Post‑secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field—or equivalent experience.
Industry certifications such as PMP or Prince2 (asset).
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies.
Hands‑on experience with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
Demonstrated ability to assess and manage complex risks.
Experience leading teams and engaging senior‑level stakeholders.
Ability to use Book of Record systems for tracking, reporting, and lifecycle governance.
