🚨Looking for a Project Manager for a Banking client🚨

📍 Hybrid (2 days/week onsite) – Toronto, ON
⏰ 6 Months (with possibility of extension)
💰 $100-$120/hr (INC)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead small to medium-sized real estate infrastructure projects to completion on time, within budget, and to precise quality standards. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams, real estate stakeholders, and external vendors to integrate IT standards into physical space designs. Your ultimate goal is to seamlessly drive project schedules, financials, and multi-technology rollouts across various workplace environments.

Only candidates meeting ALL the following criteria will be considered

Required Qualifications:
-IT Project Management: 8-10 years of proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects with complete accountability over scope, schedules, risks, and financials.
-Real Estate Infrastructure: Demonstrated experience leading real estate and technology infrastructure initiatives, including hardware, connectivity, and physical site integrations.
-Technical Breadth: Strong background handling projects involving telco circuits, wired/wireless networks, AV/video conferencing, workstations, or onsite hardware.
-PM Tooling: Hands-on proficiency using Jira and advanced MS Excel skills for project tracking, risk management, and financial reporting.
-Leadership & Organization: Proven ability to facilitate requirements gathering, resolve complex challenges creatively, and manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
