Key Responsibilities
Lead and conduct business analysis to assess business problems/opportunities and define I&IT solutions.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit and document clear and actionable business requirements.
Develop business cases, cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, and performance measures.
Create user stories, BRDs, process maps, journey maps, and functional/non-functional requirements.
Groom and manage product backlogs, ensuring prioritization and alignment with business needs.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and mentor business teams in agile best practices.
Support UAT, QA, architecture, and technical teams to ensure quality and compliance with enterprise standards.
Present solution designs and prototypes to stakeholders and consultation groups.
Translate product strategies into detailed requirements and lead discovery/prototyping efforts.
Identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and inefficiencies in project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex enterprise-level I&IT projects.
Proven ability to deliver in Agile environments; backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story writing (preferably using Azure DevOps).
Strong experience with BRDs, user stories, UAT planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent skills in communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience developing process flows, business models, journey maps, and solution blueprints.
Experience preparing and leading feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and business cases.
Proven ability to lead workshops and translate technical and business requirements into actionable outcomes.
Experience supporting Agile practices and iterative delivery across cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
Background in product management or techno-functional business analysis.
Experience in public sector / OPS environment.
Certifications in Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or Project Management.
