Snowflake Architect

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Architect to support enterprise-scale data and cloud transformation initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Location: Markham, ON

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
Employment Type: Fulltime / Contract

Required Experience & Skills:
• 12+ years in Data Engineering, Cloud Analytics, or Architecture
• 5+ years of hands-on Snowflake Architecture and Performance Tuning
• Strong Insurance domain experience (Life, P&C, Health, or Commercial Lines)
• Experience building AI/ML and GenAI solutions including RAG, LLM applications, embeddings, and vector databases
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Snowpark, and AWS cloud technologies
• Experience integrating Snowflake with AI/ML services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure AI, or Cortex
• Strong understanding of governance, data privacy, and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and solutioning capabilities
• SnowPro Certification required
• Professional-level certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred
