Salesforce Solution Specialist / Architect

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days WFH)

Type: Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Specialist / Architect to lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, design, and delivery for enterprise-scale implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds, integrations, data migration, security, and enterprise architecture, along with strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Own and lead Salesforce Solution Architecture from discovery through deployment.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead architecture workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.
Define integration architectures using APIs, MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Salesforce Connect, and ETL tools.
Drive large-scale data migration initiatives from legacy and third-party systems.
Establish Salesforce development, release management, governance, and best practices.
Provide technical leadership across configuration, customization, Apex development, and Lightning solutions.
Required Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 6+ years in Solution/Technical Architecture roles.
Experience supporting large enterprise/Fortune 500 environments.
Minimum 10 Salesforce Certifications, including at least 2 Architect certifications.
Expertise in at least three Salesforce Clouds: Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, authentication, and identity management (SSO, SAML, OAuth).
8+ years of experience in enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, and ETL solutions.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, declarative development, Apex, and Lightning components.
Extensive experience with Salesforce data migration and enterprise architecture best practices.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills

Experience with Service Cloud and Amazon Connect integrations.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA (preferred).
Experience in Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Billing platforms.
Must be able to lead solution architecture ownership end-to-end while contributing to successful Salesforce implementation and delivery.
