Senior Systems Architect

We’re Hiring: Senior Systems Architect (Toronto | Hybrid | $200K–$210K)
We’re looking for a hands-on Systems Architect to lead enterprise-wide modernization and help shape the future of a large-scale platform moving into cloud-native, AI-driven architecture.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll own architecture strategy and help transform legacy systems into modern microservices-based, scalable platforms.
What you’ll do:
Lead modernization of complex enterprise systems
Drive Azure cloud, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture
Shape AI integration strategy (LLMs, automation, AI workflows)
Guide DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure evolution
Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, resilient systems
What we’re looking for:
10+ years in architecture / senior engineering roles
Strong Azure + Kubernetes + microservices experience
Background in legacy modernization → cloud transformation
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, distributed systems
Hands-on technical mindset (not just design-level architecture)
Exposure to Python, React, or .NET is a plus
Strong communicator and collaborative leader
