Senior UX Designer

🚨 Hiring Alert | Senior UX Designer (Hybrid – Toronto, ON) 🚨
Position: Senior UX Designer (RQ11242)
Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement
📍 Location: 87 Sir William Hearst Ave., Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
📅 Contract Duration: Until March 31, 2027 (Extension Possible)
🕒 Work Hours: 7.25 Hours/Day
🔒 Security Clearance: Not Required

Must-Have Skills:
✅ Extensive experience in UX design best practices with a strong focus on mobile-first and responsive design
✅ Experience conducting User Research and Usability Testing (Accessibility testing is a plus)
✅ 3+ years of experience working on complex projects using User-Centered Design and Agile (Scrum) methodologies
✅ Hands-on experience with Figma, Axure, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision, Justinmind, and Zeplin
✅ Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, Node.js) is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive and user-centered digital experiences
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and research analysis
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Ensure accessibility and UX best practices throughout the project lifecycle
