💼 Position: ServiceNow Enterprise Architect
📍 Location: Onsite (Ottawa)
⌛ Job Duration: Longterm Contract

Job Description:
The engagement is focused on establishing a strong CMDB foundation, including Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM alignment, and CMDB governance, followed by the implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations capabilities such as Vulnerability Response and Incident Response.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of ServiceNow enterprise architecture experience.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – CMDB certification.
CIS – Security Operations (SecOps) or CIS – Vulnerability Response certification.

Advanced knowledge of:
Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
ServiceNow Discovery
CMDB architecture and governance
Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
Service Mapping
Platform integrations and API architecture
Experience developing enterprise-level governance frameworks and technical standards.
