We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Energy Sector clients in a contract capacity!
Position: Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant
Location: Oshawa, ON (3 days remote)
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay: $88.00 – $100.00 p/h inc. + HST
Deliverables:
– Design, configure, and execute end-to-end data migration solutions from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA using enterprise migration tools.
– Develop and manage data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, including mapping, conversion, and validation of master and transactional data.
– Troubleshoot data quality issues, migration defects, and load failures, ensuring accurate and complete data transfer across systems.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to validate migration results, resolve discrepancies, and support pre- and post-load reconciliation and reporting.
Experience Required:
– 5+ years of hands-on SAP data migration experience, including 2–3 years working with Syniti ADMM (ADM/ADMM).
– Proven experience delivering 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA data migration or implementation projects.
– Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models, including master and transactional data dependencies.
– Experience using SAP migration tools such as the Migrate Your Data app, including staging tables, mapping, and loading methods (IDOC, BAPI).
– Strong SQL expertise for data transformation and validation (e.g., SQL Server, Sybase), with experience troubleshooting data quality and migration issues.
