🔹 Skills Required:
Strong expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and reliability engineering practices
Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing platforms
Strong understanding of SLO/SLI frameworks and observability design
Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and performance engineering
Knowledge of DORA metrics and operational excellence practices
Proficiency in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
Experience with Policy-as-Code tools such as OPA/Rego and Sentinel
Experience with developer platform tools like Backstage and service catalogs
Knowledge of platform standardization, reusable templates, and golden paths
Familiarity with DevOps and platform engineering practices
Exposure to GenAI platforms, RAG, and prompt engineering concepts is a plus
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
