I’m working on 3 Senior Project Manager opportunities focused on large-scale, business-driven transformation within Global Risk Management.

This is a high-visibility opportunity to work closely with senior executives, Program Directors, business leaders, technology partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders on strategic programs with meaningful business impact.

What you’ll be leading:
✅ Enterprise-scale strategic programs across multiple business groups / LoBs
✅ Regulatory, audit, risk, operational efficiency, and process transformation initiatives
✅ Integrated program delivery plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance
✅ Executive steering committees, senior stakeholder updates, and program-level communications
✅ Cross-functional coordination across business, operations, technology, vendors, and internal teams
✅ Change leadership to support adoption and business outcomes
✅ Program budgets up to $20MM yearly spend

Must-have experience:
🔹 10+ years as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
🔹 Strong PMBOK-based project/program management experience
🔹 Experience managing complex, large-scale initiatives with senior stakeholder visibility
🔹 Strong use of PM tools such as Clarity, MS Project, SharePoint, SDLC repositories, etc.
🔹 Excellent executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

Nice to have:
⭐ Banking / financial services experience
⭐ Risk Management project experience
⭐ Third Party Risk Management experience
⭐ Model development project exposure — IFRS9, IRB, AIRB
⭐ Spanish bilingual capability for at least one opening
⭐ PMP certification is an asset, but experience is prioritized
The strongest candidates will bring a track record of navigating ambiguity, driving alignment across multiple senior stakeholders, managing regulatory or risk transformation programs, and delivering outcomes with minimal oversight.
Strong potential for extension and long-term engagement based on performance.
