🚨 Hiring: Digital Marketing Project Manager 🚨

I’m supporting a contract opportunity for a Digital Marketing Project Manager with experience delivering marketing campaigns across digital channels.
This role sits within a high-visibility marketing and digital growth team, supporting campaign delivery across Mobile Banking, Online Banking, ABM, Email, .COM, Paid Media, Push/SMS, and other authenticated digital channels.

📍 Location: Toronto – Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite
⏳ Duration: 11-month contract
💰 Rate: $49/hr INC
🕘 Hours: 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday
🔄 Extension / FTE: Possible based on performance and business needs

What you’ll be working on:
✅ Managing digital marketing campaign timelines and deliverables
✅ Coordinating creative, content, analytics, channel, and campaign teams
✅ Supporting Agile Marketing squads with campaign execution and publishing
✅ Monitoring campaign performance and providing stakeholder updates
✅ Investigating pre-production and post-production campaign issues
✅ Ensuring compliance with CASL, anti-spam, privacy, and internal policy requirements
✅ Supporting omni-channel campaign optimization, retargeting, deep-linking, and customer journey improvements

Must-have experience:
🔹 1+ year of cross-functional project management experience
🔹 Experience with PM tools such as Adobe Workfront
🔹 Exposure to digital marketing platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Experience Manager
🔹 Strong Excel, reporting, and insights experience
🔹 Experience with AI / process automation tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT
🔹 Experience leading or coaching a high-performing team

Nice to have:
⭐ Financial services experience
⭐ Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Adobe CDP
⭐ Experience creating AI automation playbooks, best practices, or process improvements
