Senior Project Manager, Change Management / Business Transformation 🚨
Contract: 11 months with renewal
Location: 5 days on-site – Toronto
Rate: $110.hr
TTP has an immediate need for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead a critical, multi-year transformation initiative within Ontario’s Emergency Health Services. This is your chance to make a real impact on public safety and healthcare operations across the province.
What You’ll Do:
Lead business transformation work packages, including implementation, training, and reporting
Act as a change agent, guiding adoption of new Oversight & Compliance modules
Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and senior executives to ensure successful delivery
Manage project budgets, risks, and timelines while keeping public safety top of mind

What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of project management experience, ideally in IT or large-scale transformations
3+ years of organizational / people change management experience
Strong skills in stakeholder management, executive communication, and reporting
Proficiency with MS Project, Clarity, or Planview
