🚀 We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact digital and AI projects for a leading financial institution in Toronto! This is your chance to drive transformative initiatives and shape the future of finance. ✨

📌 Key Role Details

Role: Senior Project Manager 💼
Client: A Leading Financial Institution 🏦
Duration: 6-Month Contract (with strong potential for extension) 🗓️
Location: Hybrid – Toronto, ON 🍁
Schedule: In-office on Wednesdays and every third Friday ⏰

🎯 What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of 3-4 concurrent digital and AI projects with budgets of $5 million+.
Serve as the primary delivery executive, partnering with technical PMs to ensure seamless execution. 🤝
Engage directly with senior leadership (Sr. Director, VP, SVP) and guide executive-level discussions. 🗣️
Oversee a project team of over 15 members, driving issue resolution and success. 👥
Manage all project financials 💰, create key artifacts (Charters, PMPs) 📝, and lead risk assessments. 🛡️

✅ Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

7+ years of proven, business-focused project management experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
Strong experience managing large-scale project financials.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project and the MS Office Suite.
A completed Bachelor’s degree.

🌟 Ideal Candidate Profile (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
PMP® certification.
Experience working directly with internal risk groups.
Familiarity with business case development (e.g., SEED).
