Government of Canada Security Clearance Required: Level 2 – Secret
Noramtec is currently seeking two experienced Senior Program Administrators to support a critical initiative within the Cyber Mission Assurance Program (CMAP) for a federal department. This is an onsite role in Ottawa, requiring candidates to hold a valid Level 2 – Secret security clearance.
About the Role
This project plays a vital role in enhancing cyber resilience and operational readiness through the planning and delivery of cyber-related exercises. As a Senior Program Administrator, you’ll be instrumental in the end-to-end coordination of these exercises.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the full lifecycle of exercises, from scenario development and logistics to execution and after-action reporting.
Liaise with internal and allied stakeholders to plan and deliver exercise components effectively.
Maintain and manage all project documentation: work breakdown structures, risk registers, and reporting templates.
Deliver updates and briefings to senior leadership and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Actively contribute to working groups and cyber readiness strategies across the department.
What You’ll Need
Experience in program or project administration, ideally within a federal government or cybersecurity-related environment.
Proven ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives and manage complex project workflows.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
A valid Government of Canada Level 2 – Secret clearance (mandatory).
Availability to work onsite in Ottawa and some travel in the Ottawa area.
