🕒 Hours: 7.25 hours/day (5 days/week)

Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 10+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo configuration experience, including:
Organization & Site Setup
Application Designer
Database Configuration
Security Groups
Maximo application configuration
✅ Successfully delivered 3+ full-cycle Maximo implementations as a Maximo Application Consultant (not an end user, super user, or project manager)
✅ Strong experience in Maximo Work Management configuration, including:
Service Request (SR) to Work Order (WO) lifecycle
Job Plans, PMs, and Work Types
Planning, Scheduling, Execution & Completion
Vendor/Contractor work and follow-on work
✅ Deep knowledge of Maximo Data Model & Setup, including:
Assets, Locations, Classifications, Meters
PM Hierarchies and Job Plan Structures
✅ Hands-on experience with Maximo Data Migration, including:
Legacy EAM to Maximo mapping (Assets, Locations, PMs, WOs)
Data validation, reconciliation, and load cycle support
Identifying data vs. configuration defects
