✔ 10+ years in IT, 3–5+ years as a Oracle DBA
✔ Deep expertise with Oracle (19c, 23ai), RAC, RMAN, OEM
✔ Strong knowledge of high-availability systems, cloud migrations, and healthcare IT
✔ ITIL certified (V3/V4)
