IT Enterprise Architect / Strategist

TTP has an immediate need for an IT Enterprise Architect / Strategist with Ontario Public Sector experience – This is your chance to drive digital transformation, enterprise architecture strategy, and modernization across one of Ontario’s most impactful technology portfolios details below:

Contract: 4 months with renewal
Location: Onsite: 4 days/week (5 days/week starting Jan 2026)
Rate: 120/hr

What You’ll Do
Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies & deliverables
Design current and target state models, blueprints, and reference architectures
Support Architecture Review Board (ARB) and AI Governance (AGP 1/2)
Conduct TRA, security, and compliance assessments (GO-ITS standards)
Collaborate across I&IT clusters to align business, data, and technology strategies
✅ Must-Have Skills
Prior OPS experience in enterprise architecture governance
Proven work preparing ARB / AI Governance (AGP 1/2) materials
Strong background producing EA artefacts (blueprints, target states, ref. architectures)
Deep understanding of TRA, cybersecurity, and GO-ITS
Expertise in Microsoft Azure, APIs, microservices, and TOGAF frameworks

🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s / TOGAF preferred)
3–5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture within large or public-sector organizations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
