Desirable Skills:

Systems Analysis Experience

10+ years of System Analysis and Design experience, preferably in a large, complex business environmentExpert knowledge in reverse engineering Physical Data Models creating Entity Relationship Models (ERD) and Metadata ReportsDemonstrated experience within all project cycles from Analysis, Design to Development, Testing and ImplementationKnowledge and experience related to TRA (Threat, Risk, Assessment) process and prepare appropriate documentsExperience preparing architecture artifacts, including TRA artifacts

Business, Testing & Integration Experience

10+ years of Business Analysis experience including running JAD sessions, UAT and gathering requirements10+ years of system testing, integration testing experienceDemonstrated experience with system Integration experience including ability to understand different systems and pick up new technologies quicklyExtensive experience in Quality Assurance preparing Test Plans, Test Cases and executing and monitoring unit, integration and UAT testing while working directly with clientsProven experience with requirement elicitation technics such as User interviews, Workshops, JAD facilitation and interpretation of business needs into system design requirements.Manual system testing and integration testing experience including creating test cases and test plans

AODA Experience

Hands on experience with AODA and knowledge of accessibility compliance principles as presented in WCAG 2.0, level AA

Must Have:

10+ years of System Analysis and Design experience, preferably in a large, complex business environmentExpert knowledge in reverse engineering Physical Data Models creating Entity Relationship Models (ERD) and Metadata ReportsDemonstrated experience within all project cycles from Analysis, Design to Development, Testing and Implementation
