🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – TLM Support Manager

Join us to lead enterprise-wide reconciliation transformation initiatives that modernize financial operations, strengthen controls, and drive operational excellence.

In this role, you’ll partner with business and technology teams to deliver end-to-end reconciliation solutions, lead business analysis and process design, manage stakeholder engagement, and support successful implementation across the organization.

We’re looking for:
✅ 6+ years of Business Analysis experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives
✅ Expertise in requirements gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder management
✅ Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation processes
✅ Experience driving cross-functional change in a complex financial services environment

Bonus points if you have experience with:
✅ SmartStream TLM
✅ ETL tools, Tableau
✅ JIRA/Confluence
✅ Banking or financial services experience
