Shared Health Manitoba is seeking a senior Business Analyst with experience in large-scale technology implementations, business transformation, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

Mandatory Certifications:
✔ Degree in Communications
✔ ProSci Change Management
✔ PRINCE2 Foundation
✔ ITIL 4

Preferred:
✔ Scrum Fundamentals
✔ SAFe 6 Agilist

Experience Required:
✅ 15+ years leading large-scale technology/business transformation projects
✅ 8+ years business process analysis and stakeholder management
✅ 5+ years change management leadership
✅ 3+ years policy development
