🚀 WE ARE HIRING: Senior Business Analyst (Enterprise Architecture & SOA Focus)
Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with a deep background in Enterprise Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Public Sector Governance? We are looking for high-caliber talent for an exciting 8-month contract in downtown Toronto!

📌 Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
⏱️ Duration: 8 Months
💼 Rate: $80 – $90/hr

Key Responsibilities & Highlights:
Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex, multi-system integration initiatives.
Produce expert-level Enterprise Architecture (EA) deliverables, including Sequence Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), Logical/Physical Deployment Models, and Gating/Checkpoint Matrices.
Drive governance approvals through formal Architecture Review Boards (ARB / ACT).
Leverage the Zachman Framework to model business and solution architectures.
Collaborate with DevOps squads in Agile environments—crafting User Stories, Wireframes, Use Cases, and Acceptance Test Criteria.
Ensure solutions meet strict public sector Security, Privacy, and Accessibility standards (AODA / WCAG 2.0).

Must-Have Qualifications:
✅ 10+ years of core Business Analysis experience.
✅ 5+ years creating Enterprise Architecture documentation (Logical/Physical models, DFDs, Sequence diagrams, Gating matrices).
✅ Hands-on experience with Zachman Framework.
✅ Proven track record with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and multi-ministry or multi-department integration.
✅ Solid understanding of AODA / WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines.
✅ Experience generating deliverables for formal Architecture Governance Boards (ARB/ACT).
