Now Hiring: Scrum Master 🌟
Location: Scarborough (Hybrid)

Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for project delivery and Agile methodologies? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Scarborough.

**Required Qualifications:**
– 8+ years of IT project delivery experience, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master.
– Proven track record in the banking or financial services sector.
– Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance standards in banking.

**Skills:**
– Proficiency in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, along with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
– Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.
– Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps principles.
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

**Certifications:**
– Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar Agile certifications.
– PMP or PMI-ACP certification would be advantageous
