About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for an energetic and experienced Scrum Master to join a groundbreaking digital transformation initiative aimed at delivering simpler, more efficient, and user-friendly services. Required Skills and Experience:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM): Active CSM certification is a must.
Agile Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in delivering agile training sessions and leading agile ceremonies (such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives).
Team Leadership: 2 years of experience mentoring and coaching agile teams in best practices and ensuring team members can self-organize.
Sprint Management: Proven experience in planning and executing work aligned with product owner priorities.
Agile Methodologies: A minimum of 2 years working within an agile environment and familiar with modern software development processes.
Experience in Digital Delivery: At least 5 years in agile software development, with a solid understanding of service design and user-centric development.

Nice to Have:
Web Service Development: 5 years of directly related experience in web service or development.
Stakeholder Relationship Management: 5 years of experience in maintaining positive relationships across teams and departments.
Public Sector Experience: Experience working in or with public sector organizations (2 years).
UX/Service Design Collaboration: Familiarity with teams that incorporate UX design, service design, and digital innovation (1 year).
