Job Description

1.Role: Scrum Master
2:Work mode :Remote(WFH)
3.Timing: 6.30pm -2.30am (EST)
2.Experience Level: I Senior (7+ years of related experience; 7+ years in agile software development) 7-10yrs
3.Communication :Excellent communication
Must have
Strong understanding of Agile (specifically scrum) methodology and practices
Nice to have (optional)
Experience working with multi-national, multi-timezone, distributed teams
Strong and clear communication skills

Understanding of Agile practices besides Scrum (eg. XP, kanban, TDD, FDD, SAFe, etc.)
Understanding of models or paradigms besides Agile (eg. waterfall, lean, incremental, etc.)
Understanding of CI/CD or deployment processes
Understanding of software development best practices and processes
Ability to hold or facilitate technical and design discussions (Technical Project Management related experiences)
*CSM, PMP or equivalent certification
