Scrum Master

#NowHiring Scrum Master – our client requires a Scrum Master to reinforce Agile and Scrum practices to encourage teams to work with agility, facilitate scrum ceremonies and other sessions, promote agile practices while consistently reinforcing scrum theory and values, build relationships to foster engagement encourage collaboration, remove or escalate impediments to the scrum team’s progress and more.

MUST be in Canada. Remote work.

Must exceed all:
– 4+ years of experience working in Agile Scrum.
– Active Scrum certifications.
– In-depth understanding of agile principles and scrum frameworks.
– Ability to analyze and resolve a wide range of impediments that are strategic, organizational, or technical in nature.
– Confident communicator, facilitator, and relationship-builder.
– Skilled collaborator able to reinforce agile principles with colleagues.
– Public Sector Experience.
– Insurance, Finance or Agricultural experience.

Est. Start Date: Jul 14, 2025
Est. Duration:     till Jul 13, 2026 + pos. extensions up to 4 years
