Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of various IT projects. The selected candidate will report to the Director of Enterprise Project Management Office and will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Project Delivery: Oversee project scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables using best-practice methodologies.
✅ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and OCM representatives to ensure alignment with project goals.
✅ Vendor & Resource Management: Manage external vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of solutions and services.
✅ Risk & Issue Management: Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
✅ Reporting & Compliance: Provide regular project updates, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
✅ Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets to ensure financial accountability.
✅ Agile & Hybrid Project Management: Implement and manage predictive, agile, and hybrid project methodologies for successful execution.
Requirements & Qualifications:
✔ 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager handling multiple projects.
✔ 7+ years of vendor management experience.
✔ 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams.
✔ Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent).
✔ Experience managing predictive, agile, and hybrid projects.
✔ Proficiency in project management tools.
✔ Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
✔ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Experience with SaaS cloud solution implementation (an asset).
