What You’ll Bring
Proven Business System Analyst experience with Agile methodology.
Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Strong ability to create functional specifications and process documentation.
Domain expertise in insurance (preferred).
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Experience driving end-to-end project ownership.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
