Experience working in Agile (Scrum or equivalent).
Certification in Scrum or Agile (CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP, or similar).
Working knowledge of Salesforce or another enterprise CRM.
5+ year of relevant BA experience.
Exposure to mobile application support or CRM‑integrated solutions.
Experience in financial services (manufacturing or distribution)- nice to have
