🚨 Hiring: PeopleSoft Program Manager & PeopleSoft Developers (Contract) 🚨
We are currently supporting a major enterprise PeopleSoft transformation initiative and are looking for experienced professionals to join a long-term modernization program.
📍 Location: Hybrid – Oakville, ON (2 days onsite/week)
🕒 Duration: May 2026 – January 2028
💰 Rate: Up to $87/hr Inc.
📅 Submission Deadline: May 18, 2026
We are hiring for:
✅ Program Manager
✅ PeopleSoft Developers
This multi-million-dollar enterprise transformation program includes:
• Campus Solutions (CS)
• HCM
• FSCM
• Payroll modernization
• Data migration & integrations
• Regulatory reporting
• Enterprise application enhancements
🔹 Required Skills:
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft experience (8+ preferred)
• Strong Campus Solutions experience (Student Records / Admissions)
• PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker
• Data migration & system integrations
• Experience in Agile & Waterfall environments
• Ability to work independently in complex environments with limited documentation
🔹 Nice to Have:
• Higher education or public sector experience
• Ontario regulatory reporting experience
• Oracle PeopleSoft certifications
• Experience with OCAS, OSAP, MTCU integrations
🔹 Responsibilities Include:
• Technical design, development & integrations
• Migration & conversion support
• SIT/UAT testing & defect resolution
• Documentation & knowledge transfer
• Collaboration with functional teams, SMEs & vendors
• Governance, risk & delivery reporting
