M365 Technical Analyst – our client requires an M365 Technical Analyst to provide Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365 services, with a primary focus on Exchange Online, SharePoint configuration and administration, and Power Automate support and simple development. This role is ideal for candidates with at least four years of hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience with M365, ideally including Exchange, Sharepoint, Power Platform (primarily Power Automate) and more recently Copilot Studio and related Copilot tools.
The analyst will work closely with the Help Desk, and Desktop Support which handles initial intake and triage. The analyst will also work closely with its sister unit, the Cloud Functional Unit, who will assign work resulting from project requests, SharePoint site set ups and configuration, and consulting requests to develop M365 solution designs.
The analyst may be asked to contribute expertise and perform tasks related to configuration and growth of the M365 platform on Azure as additional functionality and services are licensed, in coordination with our Infrastructure teams. The analyst may also be asked to join project teams working on deployment of M365 or Azure services.
MUST HAVE:
– Minimum four (4) years experience in M365 administration, configuration and troubleshooting, providing Tier 2 support.
– Relevant Microsoft certifications and experience with M365 (Exchange Online, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform), MS Minor Workloads (eg. Forms, Streams, Bookings, etc.), Azure, Copilot and related technologies
