Oracle CX Functional Consultant

🚨 Hiring: Oracle CX Functional Consultant – Remote, Canada
Required Skills:
• Experience with CRM systems (Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud preferred)
• Expertise in Oracle Sales & Service Cloud configuration
• Experience with Accounts, Contacts, Service Requests, and Opportunities
• Hands-on experience with Application/Page Composer, sandboxes, custom objects, fields, scripts, and relationships
• Azure DevOps experience managing user stories, test cases, bugs, and tasks
• Strong CRM and service workflow knowledge
• Functional and regression testing, test cycles, data preparation, and defect management
• Environment refresh and migration experience
• Requirements analysis and translating business needs into functional solutions
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and accountability
Nice to Have:
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
• OTBI and BI Publisher reporting knowledge
• Basic understanding of REST APIs in Oracle CX
• Security management and DevOps exposure
• Government sector experience
• Oracle CRM/Functional Consultant certifications
