✔ Strong C++ & Python development skills
✔ Solid SQL knowledge
✔ Capital markets / trade lifecycle experience
✔ AWS Cloud experience (mandatory)
✔ CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes & DevOps exposure

Good to have: FIX protocol & trading platform experience.
