Hiring: L1 / L2 Production & Application Support | Toronto / Calgary | Hybrid (2–3 days in office)

Skills: SQL, Unix/Linux, scripting, ITSM tools (ServiceNow/JIRA), monitoring (Datadog/Dynatrace/ITRS), Autosys, ITIL. Capital Markets exp with Fidessa / Broadridge. Bonus: Kafka, Azure.

Role: Support Java/.NET apps, troubleshoot incidents, monitor systems, run jobs, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
