📍 Location: Calgary, AB  onsite

Are you an IT professional who thrives in fast-paced operational environments? We are looking for a Junior Technology Logistics Support Associate to serve as the key technical resource for our fulfillment and distribution hub.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary IT point-of-contact for site associates, resolving L1/L2 technical incidents via walk-ups and ticketing systems.
Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, network connectivity (Wi-Fi/VDI), and peripheral hardware.
Monitor data center alarms and coordinate infrastructure maintenance with external vendors and global technology teams.
Oversee site IT asset inventory management and lifecycle tracking.
Keep operational systems running smoothly during planned outages, upgrades, and migrations.
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on technical troubleshooting experience with Windows OS, M365, printers, and basic network infrastructure.
Strong communication skills with an ability to bridge the gap between operational staff and global IT teams.
Ability to work on-site in a dynamic logistics/warehouse environment.
