We are seeking an experienced ITSM Change Manager to govern Change Management and Major Incident processes while ensuring ITIL best practices, risk control, and service continuity.

• Change Planning & Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC)
• Major Incident Management & Coordination
• Incident Scribe & Detailed Incident Documentation
• Stakeholder & Executive Communication
• Post-Incident Reviews & RCA
• Incident Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
