Junior Technical Analyst

Our banking client is hiring a Junior Technical Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. They are hybrid, onsite twice per week at their downtown location.

This position compensates $41/hr inc. based on a 37.5 hour work week.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
• 1-3 years of experience with a strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals sufficient to evaluate design decisions and reason through system behavior.
• Strong technical writing skills, including requirements documentation, decision summaries, and meeting artifacts.
.• Ability to create and interpret sequence diagrams, flow charts, and system visuals using tools such as Visio or PlantUML.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Exposure to Identity and Access Management concepts such as OIDC, SAML, and OAuth 2.0.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for intake, workflow, or service management processes.
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Bitbucket.
• Exposure to large scale enterprise delivery environments or regulated project settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and supporting engineering workflows.
