Rate: $40.00 – $75.00 per hour
Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual SharePoint Online / M365 / Power Platform Consultant to support a major digital transformation initiative. This role focuses on establishing and implementing a departmental business framework for SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, and HTML-based applications and services.
You will play a key role in strengthening governance, enabling sustainable digital workflows, and supporting enterprise-wide adoption of modern collaboration and forms solutions.
Scope of Work
The Consultant will provide business planning, analysis, and advisory services to support the design, implementation, and governance of:
SharePoint Online (SPO), Dynamics 365, and HTML-based solutions
Power Platform applications and workflows
Enterprise forms and digital service delivery solutions
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
Develop business cases and conduct options analysis
Support project delivery through planning, scheduling, and status reporting
Track risks, issues, and change management activities
Contribute to governance frameworks for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions
Support stakeholder engagement, training, and business readiness initiatives
Advise on best practices for forms, workflows, and digital services
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience (within the last 10 years) in business analysis for IM/IT or digital initiatives
Minimum 3 years of experience working with:
SharePoint Online (SPO)
Microsoft 365 (M365)
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
HTML-based forms and workflows
Demonstrated experience in:
Requirements gathering and process mapping
Business case development and options analysis
Project support (planning, scheduling, reporting)
Risk and issue tracking
Change management and stakeholder engagement
Technical Skills
SharePoint Online: Information architecture, governance, permissions, content lifecycle management
Power Platform: Business-side expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse (requirements, validation, governance)
M365 Tools: Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Project Tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project
Visualization & Reporting: Visio, Miro/Mural, MS Whiteboard, Power BI (consumer-level)
Assets (Nice to Have)
Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
Business Analysis Certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA)
Change Management Certification (Prosci ADKAR, CCMP)
