Job Description:
Seeking experienced professionals to collaborate with stakeholders in the insurance industry, delivering solutions that optimize operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution.
Design and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project alignment and success.
Lead workshops and training sessions for knowledge transfer.
Provide project updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay current on insurance industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience:
5+ years in the insurance industry (business analysis, project management, or consulting).
Experience in underwriting, claims, policy administration, or risk management.
Familiarity with insurance technologies (e.g., Duck Creek, Guidewire, Majesco).
Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in documentation and process mapping.
Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
