Intermediate Data Engineer

We are looking for an Intermediate Data Engineer to join our team in Downtown Toronto. This position offers a hybrid work model requiring three days on-site.

The hourly rate for this role is $45-$55.

**Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:**
1. 5 years of experience in data science, applied AI, or machine learning roles.
2. Strong expertise in prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and LLM evaluation techniques.
3. 5+ years of experience with Python for building data pipelines and integrating AI/ML services.
4. 5+ years of experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured data.
5. Strong understanding of model limitations, bias, and responsible AI practices.
