Job Opportunity: SailPoint IAM Business Analyst – Remote (Must Speak French) 🇫🇷
📍 Location: Remote (Montreal preferred, open to Toronto/Ottawa)
🕒 Duration: 6-Month Contract

We are seeking a SailPoint IAM Business Analyst to join their Identity & Access Management (IAM) team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that bridges business and technical teams to drive successful SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ integrations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Gather and refine business requirements for SailPoint IAM implementations
Lead API-based application onboarding and integrations (OAuth, SAML, REST)
Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, BRDs/FRDs
Support engineering teams with integration scoping and delivery
Run stakeholder workshops and facilitate UAT/test planning
Assist in access governance, role modelling, and compliance alignment
✅ Required Skills:
4+ years as a Business Analyst, 2+ years with SailPoint IAM (IdentityNow/IdentityIQ)
Deep knowledge of IAM concepts (RBAC, Access Reviews, Lifecycle Management)
Hands-on experience with API-based integrations
Excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent in French (mandatory)
⭐ Bonus if you have:
Experience with Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)
Consulting or professional services background
Familiarity with Java, JSON, REST
