Job Description:
Core Experience
6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex technology environments.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
CIAM/IAM Expertise (Strong Asset)
Strong understanding of CIAM/IAM concepts, including:
Authentication & Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML
Passwordless authentication (WebAuthn)
Customer identity lifecycle management
Hands-on or functional familiarity with Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock platforms is highly desirable.
Analysis & Documentation
Strong skills in requirement elicitation, documentation, and analysis.
Ability to identify functional and behavioral impacts during platform or system changes.
Experience creating documentation for enterprise governance and audit-sensitive environments.
Support Product Managers in intake and backlog grooming processes
