Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Graphic Designer. This position involves supporting internal and external branding initiatives, creating visually engaging materials, and collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality design work that aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Pay rate range (CAD): $29.27/hr – $35.12/hr

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative concepts and visual assets
Produce a variety of design materials, including marketing collateral, sales tools, pitch decks, and event branding
Prepare, review, and refine designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards
Support web-based design efforts, including infographics and digital assets
Coordinate with print vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials
Maintain organized project files and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Participate in creative briefings and team meetings to align project goals
Support accessibility standards and best practices in all designs
Assist with UX/UI design elements as needed
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design tools to bring fresh ideas to projects
Desired Skill-Set

Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or in-house corporate environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Experience with Figma and familiarity with accessibility design principles
Strong PowerPoint skills for creating compelling presentations
Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML and CSS
Expertise in data visualization and infographic design
Ability to interpret and execute creative briefs independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organization and time management abilities
Nice to Have

Knowledge of web structure and app development processes
Previous experience in banking or financial services
Familiarity with cross-channel branding campaigns
